KBS’s upcoming drama “Pump Up the Wholesome Love” has launched its first teaser!
“Pump Up the Wholesome Love” is a rom-com drama about Do Hyun Joong (Lee Jun Younger), a passionate and decided fitness center proprietor who radically transforms the lives of his overly anxious fitness center members.
The teaser opens on a somber word, with Lee Mi Ran (Jeong Eun Ji) standing alone within the rain, heartbroken after a painful breakup. A voice off-screen says, “Even when it takes a while, please come again. I’ll be ready.” Mi Ran sharply responds, “I’ll make you remorse it.”
Nonetheless, the tone rapidly turns humorous as Mi Rae tries to get pleasure from a glass of beer and Hyun Joong challenges her by saying, “In case you drink this… you’ll do 100 squats with me.” It’s a promise of robust—and sure painful—exercises forward.
As they start their fitness center journey collectively, Hyun Joong tells Mi Ran with dedication, “I’ll change your life.” The teaser reveals their evolving relationship, with Mi Ran enduring intense coaching whereas attempting to beat her emotional struggles. Worn however hopeful, Mi Ran asks, “Sometime, when this hell ends, I’ll be capable of stand proudly, proper?”
