The Ocean and guitarist David Ramis Åhfeldt have parted methods. In line with a press release by Åhfeldt, he is leaving the band purely for private causes and that there is not any dangerous blood between himself and The Ocean. Åhfeldt‘s remaining present with The Ocean might be at Hellfest on June 21.
This additionally marks the second departure from The Ocean in 2025, the primary being drummer Paul Seidel again in February.
“I’ve determined to step down from my place as guitarist of The Ocean,” wrote Åhfeldt. “The explanations are purely private, and I wish to be clear that there is completely no dangerous blood between any of us. “With out getting too deep into it, I’ve come to understand that I am now not completely happy being concerned within the band — and that is one thing I am unable to ignore.
