DROPKICK MURPHYS have been SUSPENDED on X after criticizing ELON MUSK and DONALD TRUMP throughout a current present.
Over the weekend, throughout one in all three consecutive concert events in Boston, Dropkick Murphys frontman Ken Casey took goal at Trump and Musk after recognizing a fan within the viewers waving a MAGA hat round over his head.

Now, after a video of the incident went viral on social media, Dropkick Murphys appear to have been suspended from the Elon Musk owned platform X (formally often called Twitter).
Followers took to X to criticize the hypocrisy of the suspension, citing how when Musk purchased Twitter in 2022 he acknowledged that he hoped to make the social media website a “digital city sq.” and to make sure that “free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy.”
“Elon Musk, purveyor of FREE SPEECH suspended the Dropkick Murphys account for talking up towards facism and Trump,” one consumer wrote.
“Why’d you droop the Dropkick Murphys account? What occurred to free speech?” one other tweeted at Musk.
Because it seems, nevertheless, Casey’s feedback are usually not the explanation behind Dropkick Murphys’s suspension.
The frontman shared a press release with Forbes saying that the band had truly give up the social media platform in 2022 and after “another person took our deal with, pretending to be our official account,” the band complained, “which is why @dropkickmurphys reveals as suspended.”
