Laborious Rock band A-Z launched their good sophomore album, A2Z², final month to essential acclaim. The band continues to have fun the album’s launch with the video for the monitor “Now I Stroll Away,” the album’s epic closing monitor.

Spearheaded by legendary drummer Mark Zonder (Fates Warning, Warlord) and together with former Fates Warning bandmate Ray Alder on vocals, A2Z² builds on the groundwork laid on the acclaimed 2022 self-titled debut album. The writing for the album started when Zonder and guitarist Nick Van Dyk (Redemption) began working with vocalist Alder on the album’s first single and de facto assertion, “Nothing Is Over,” showcasing the band’s dedication to creating heavy music that’s subtle however hooky and accessible. Serving to obtain these aural targets are bassist Philip Bynoe (Steve Vai/Ring of Hearth/Warlord), Italian guitarist Simone Mularoni (A2Z² mixing/mastering, DGM) and keyboard participant Jimmy Waldo (Alcatrazz/New England).
