Within the late 80s Jon Anderson, Invoice Bruford, Rick Wakeman and Steve Howe had been struggling to make their second ABWH report. In the meantime Chris Squire, Trevor Rabin, Tony Kaye and Alan White had been struggling to make a follow-up to 1987 Sure album Large Generator.

To the shock of many, the musicians pooled their assets for 1991 Sure album Union. Mockingly it managed to divide followers – however the related world tour is rather more fondly remembered, particularly by most of those that took half. Prog requested among the surviving members about it in 2018.
