Rising trio HotWax have launched the thrilling new single ‘One Extra Motive’, and shared tour dates throughout the UK and EU.
The brand new monitor is the newest slither from the Hasting band’s forthcoming debut album ‘Sizzling Shock’, which arrives March 07 by way of Marathon Artists.
It follows earlier album cuts ‘She’s Received A Drawback’ and ‘Wanna Be A Doll’, and arrives with a stellar video, directed by the band’s longtime collaborator Josh Quinton, that includes vogue icon Princess Julia.

Explaining the tune’s which means and the way it happened, the band’s vocalist Tallulah Sim-Savage has stated:
“Once we had been at Stella’s [Mozgawa, of Warpaint] studio in Joshua Tree we had been jamming collectively and Lola began with this bass riff, immediately Stella stated ‘We’ve got to report this’.”
“We bought it down as a jam concept and over the following months we wrote One Extra Motive. We needed it to really feel just like the opening tune at a competition set, we needed it to be relentless and addictive.
“It’s about loving somebody a lot you kinda hate it, which is relentless and addictive.”
