Richmond, VA noise rock lovers Prayer Group have chosen an obscure format for his or her newest mini-album launch, Strawberry, going with a vinyl 10″ document to comprise their seven songs of musical abrasion. Strawberry is suitably adorned with an equally weird cowl—a tot topped with a berry for a head, that’s positively not a strawberry—that could be a good illustration of the quartet’s tension-filled, skronky rock.
