A brand new punk tribute album to Motörhead will meet a launch on October thirty first by BMG Recordings. That 14-song compilation has been titled “Killed By Deaf – A Punk Tribute To Motörhead“, and can function covers from the likes of Rancid, Pennywise, The Bronx and extra. A beforehand unreleased pairing that finds Motörhead and The Damned overlaying The Damned‘s “Neat, Neat, Neat” is first out the gate from the set and was recorded again in 2002.
A press launch for this venture notes that late Motörhead vocalist/bassist Lemmy Kilmister as soon as mused, “The punks cherished us. The one motive we weren’t in that lot was as a result of we had lengthy hair, so clearly we should be heavy steel. That was the considering.
